Privacy / Data deletion

Disconnect and delete your data.

You can stop an ANTRAMIC connection and request deletion of the data it brought into your workspace. These instructions cover YouTube, Instagram, and X pilot accounts.

Disconnect inside ANTRAMIC

  1. Sign in at portal.antramic.ai.
  2. Open the connected accounts or platform settings for the relevant workspace.
  3. Choose the account and use Disconnect. Review the result for provider revocation and the scheduled erasure request.

Disconnect stops the connection and starts the erasure workflow for associated platform information. If the provider does not confirm token revocation, remove ANTRAMIC from that provider's own connected-app settings too.

Request help by email

Email team@antramic.ai with the subject “Delete my connected platform data.” State the email address used for ANTRAMIC and the platform or account to disconnect. Do not send passwords or access tokens. We may ask you to verify account ownership before acting. You may also request deletion of your full ANTRAMIC account.

Remove access at the platform

Removing access at a platform prevents future authorized API calls. Please also use the ANTRAMIC disconnect control or email us if you need confirmation that stored copies are being erased.

What happens to stored information

ANTRAMIC's deletion process targets the connection's stored credentials, source data, related private analyses, and controlled copies that are subject to erasure. Authorized YouTube data tied to revoked consent must be deleted as soon as possible and within seven calendar days. Limited records needed to document the request or meet legal obligations may remain without the deleted API content. For a request status update, email us from the address associated with your account.

Read the complete Privacy Policy for retention and data rights. If you believe platform content remains visible in ANTRAMIC after you deleted or restricted it on that platform, contact us so we can investigate.
