Antramic Privacy Policy
The Antramic Privacy Policy explains what information the public website and connected product process, why it is needed, which providers may support the service, and how users can manage authorized YouTube data, analytics, account records, and deletion requests.
Creator-authorized Google and YouTube access
A creator signs in with Google and authorizes a channel they own or are permitted to manage. The exact data available depends on the scopes shown during authorization. Antramic uses that access for requested connected-channel features and does not offer arbitrary analysis of unverified third-party video URLs.
How connected data is used and shared
Authorized data supports private comment analysis, reports, security, troubleshooting, and user-requested features. Antramic does not sell Google user data, YouTube API data, or personal information. Service providers may process limited information for hosting, databases, AI analysis, email, monitoring, report generation, and payments only to operate the service.
Retention, refresh, revocation, and deletion
Authorization validity is checked at least every 30 days while a connected feature remains in use. Raw authorized YouTube API data, including comment text and similar API data, is refreshed or deleted within 30 calendar days. Verified disconnection and deletion requests follow the timeframes documented in the full policy.
Site measurement and analytics choices
Site measurement loads by default unless a visitor has turned optional analytics off. Providers may process page or feature names, pseudonymous identifiers, coarse device information, interactions, and performance timings. Antramic custom events exclude YouTube comments, channel or video identifiers, OAuth tokens, email addresses, and form contents.
Your controls and contact options
Users can decline authorization, revoke Google access, disconnect a channel, manage subscription choices, and submit verified requests to access or delete account information and authorized data. Start from the support or contact page, or email team@antramic.ai, and never send a password or OAuth token.
