Questions About Antramic, YouTube Access, and Your Data
This FAQ explains the practical boundaries of Antramic's connected-channel workflow: which comments it can analyze, what Google permission is requested, how to review AI-assisted findings, and how to disconnect access or request deletion.
Connect only a channel you manage
Sign in with Google and choose a YouTube channel that you own or are authorized to manage. Antramic analyzes available comments from that connected channel inside a private workspace. The public website does not accept arbitrary third-party video URLs for analysis.
Read-only access does not publish content
The connected experience uses the least-privilege read-only access needed for its available analysis. Antramic does not use that connection to edit videos, delete content, post comments, or automatically publish reply drafts. You remain responsible for anything you choose to post yourself.
Review evidence behind AI-assisted insights
Reports can organize repeated questions, topics, sentiment, viewer language, content ideas, and brand or product mentions. These labels are Antramic interpretations rather than official YouTube metrics. Sarcasm, slang, mixed languages, and missing context can cause errors, so inspect supporting comments before acting.
Treat commercial signals as research
Mentions of products, brands, or purchase language can help a creator prepare further research, but they do not prove buying intent or guarantee a sponsorship, affiliate conversion, revenue, or audience growth. Validate any opportunity independently and make the final editorial or business decision yourself.
Disconnect access and request deletion
You can revoke Google access, use available private account controls, or contact Antramic support to disconnect a channel and request deletion. The privacy policy explains authorization checks, refresh and retention periods, verified deletion procedures, service providers, and the choices available for account information.
Frequently asked questions
Which YouTube comments can Antramic analyze?
Antramic analyzes available comments only from the YouTube channel you authorize through Google. The public site does not accept arbitrary third-party video URLs for analysis.
What insights can I get from Antramic?
Antramic can organize recurring themes, questions, sentiment, viewer language, content ideas, brand and product mentions, and possible next actions. These are Antramic-derived interpretations, so review their supporting comments before making a decision.
What permission does Antramic request?
The connected experience uses the least-privilege read-only access needed for the available analysis. Antramic does not use that connection to publish, edit, delete, or automatically reply to YouTube content.
Can I inspect the comments behind an insight?
Yes. Inside a private signed-in report, Antramic links derived insights to supporting comments so the authorized creator can review context and reject an incorrect interpretation.
Can AI sentiment and theme labels be wrong?
Yes. Sarcasm, slang, mixed languages, missing context, and ambiguous wording can produce incorrect labels. Treat the analysis as decision support and review the evidence yourself.
Does Antramic help with monetization?
Antramic can surface brand mentions, product questions, and commercial language for creator research. These signals do not guarantee sponsorship, affiliate revenue, purchase intent, or any financial outcome.
How long is connected YouTube data kept?
Authorization validity is checked at least every 30 days. Raw comment text and similar authorized YouTube API data is refreshed or deleted within 30 days under the documented data controls.
How do I disconnect YouTube and delete connected data?
Use the private account control or contact support to revoke access and request deletion. Relevant data is made unavailable and deleted as soon as possible and within seven calendar days, subject to the documented process.
