ANTRAMIC BRANDS is live: from creator brief to collaboration

ANTRAMIC BRANDS has launched at brands.antramic.ai. Discover creators, agree proposals and manage deliverables, reviews and collaboration records.

The practical answer

ANTRAMIC BRANDS is now live at brands.antramic.ai. Brands can discover and shortlist creators, send proposals and manage agreed collaborations. Creators review opportunities and deliver the work through Brands Collab in their ANTRAMIC Creator OS.

What is ANTRAMIC BRANDS?

Finding a creator is only the beginning of a partnership. Someone still needs to explain the brief, agree the fee and usage rights, review the work and keep both sides clear about what happens next.

ANTRAMIC BRANDS brings those steps into a dedicated creator collaboration workspace. Brands work in the Brands app; creators use Brands Collab inside their Creator OS. The shared collaboration keeps the proposal, agreed terms, deliverables, messages and history together.

It is available now. You can open the brand workspace at brands.antramic.ai, or read the Brands overview before getting started.

Who is it for?

ANTRAMIC BRANDS is for brands that want to find relevant creators and manage a clear, agreed collaboration. It is also for creators who want to review opportunities, negotiate the scope and manage delivery beside the rest of their creator work.

A brand can review creator profiles and build a shortlist before approaching someone. A creator can assess the actual proposal instead of having to guess what a vague sponsorship message means. Neither side has to accept an opportunity just because it appears relevant.

The current workflow centers on a collaboration between a brand and an individual creator. A larger campaign may involve several relationships, but this launch does not promise an automated multi-creator campaign manager.

How does ANTRAMIC BRANDS work?

  1. Create your brand workspace. Open ANTRAMIC BRANDS, create your organization and confirm your email. Complete the identity and business-domain checks requested before the actions you want to take.
  2. Discover and shortlist creators. Review eligible creator profiles and available context against your brief. Use our guide to checking an influencer?s audience to request evidence and compare candidates. Save a shortlist and decide whom you want to approach.
  3. Send a specific proposal. Set the fee and currency, deliverables, schedule, usage rights, revision allowance, payment terms and disclosure requirement. Give the creator enough detail to make a decision.
  4. Agree the terms. The creator can accept, counter or decline. Once both sides agree, the collaboration preserves the accepted terms. Later scope changes go through an amendment for both parties to review.
  5. Submit and review the work. The creator submits a preview. The brand reviews it, approves it or requests specific changes within the agreed revision allowance. Both sides can see the next action and retain the feedback history.
  6. Record publication and completion. The creator adds the live placement and confirms the required disclosure. The brand reviews the placement, both parties update the payment record, and the collaboration retains its agreement and delivery history.

Payment schedules can include an advance. When the agreed workflow requires it, the brand records payment sent and the creator confirms receipt before work progresses. ANTRAMIC records those statements; the actual transfer happens through the method the parties agreed.

How do creators use Brands Collab?

Creators use their ANTRAMIC Creator OS. Open Brands Collab to review opportunities and manage your side of an agreed collaboration. If you are new to the OS, create a free creator account first. New to brand partnerships? Read how to get brand deals as a small creator.

Read the fee, deliverables, deadlines, rights, revision allowance and payment terms before accepting. Counter when the scope needs to change, or decline when the work does not fit. After agreement, use the collaboration to submit previews, read feedback, add publication links and confirm money received only after it arrives.

A brand account is the brand-side workspace. Creators do not need to become a brand organization to handle their creator-side work.

What does a useful collaboration brief look like?

For an illustrative example, a kitchenware brand wants a creator to demonstrate a storage container in one recipe video. A useful proposal identifies the product, intended audience, deliverable, review deadline, publication timing, fee, usage rights, disclosure and the number of revision rounds.

The creator can then ask whether the product suits their content, whether the deadline is realistic and whether the requested usage fits the fee. If the brand later wants an additional video or more usage rights, the parties can review a scope amendment rather than silently adding work.

This is an example of how to write a brief, not a reported customer campaign or a promise of sales. A clear agreement helps both sides assess the work before it begins.

What can you review after publication?

The collaboration keeps the agreement, submissions, feedback, messages and publication records together. Available PDFs help both sides retain the agreed version and collaboration record.

Performance views can include available public post counts and tracked-link activity, with the source and freshness shown. These are different observations: a link visit is not a purchase, and a public view count is not proof that the collaboration caused a sale.

Placement checks vary by platform. YouTube placements can be checked against the creator’s connected channel; other destinations may require the brand’s review. Do not assume every platform provides the same verification, reach or audience data. For link measurement, see how to read creator link analytics.

How are payments and creator information handled?

ANTRAMIC BRANDS records payments; it does not process or hold the money. The brand records what it sent, and the creator confirms what arrived. Each side’s record stays with the collaboration. A payment issue can be raised for review; a record is not independent verification of a bank transfer.

Creator discovery also does not open a creator’s private account reports. Brands see eligible published profile information and information shared for the collaboration. A creator chooses whether to participate and what to provide. Connecting YouTube, Instagram or X does not, by itself, give a brand access to private connected reports.

YouTube, eligible Instagram professional accounts and X connections are available with authorization. Data and actions still depend on platform permissions. See current connection availability, the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for the relevant boundaries.
